All health care, including prevention, health awareness, and chronic disease management, are free of charge to qualified patients and are offered in clinics or in group education. MPHR provided medical care, case management support, and showers to 231 people experiencing homelessness in the last year.

MPHR social workers attend weekly community-wide multidisciplinary team meetings to assist in better coordination of services and increased housing for those in need. Health Right takes the initiative to address unmet health care needs in our communities.

With the support of local hospitals, referrals are available to eligible Health Right patients for lab work, testing, treatment, and some specialty care.
